AnthonyJoshuavOttoWallin: Date, start time

Anthony Joshua and Otto Wallin are pretty familiar with one another. Even with a brief exchange a few years ago, the two heavyweights believe their fight will steal the show on December 23. In Saudi Arabia, the fight and card airs on DAZN PPV.

Joshua is British boxing royalty, holding four gold medals and the title of OBE. He's a former two-time unified heavyweight champion, holding gold from 2016 until 2018, losing the belts against Andy Ruiz Jr. until briefly reclaiming them in 2019. "AJ" is 2-2 in his last four fights and is currently on a two-fight winning streak. A win for the 34-year-old can see a rewarding 2024, with a fight against Deontay Wilder and the potential of competing for gold again on the table.

Wallin is also a multi-time medalist, becoming Sweden’s premier heavyweight fighter. "All In" is on a six-fight win streak since losing against Tyson Fury in 2019 for the WBC heavyweight title. Coming close to dethroning "The Gypsy King," Wallin is ready for the ultimate upset against the favorite in Joshua, whom he helped secure his first world title.

"We sparred in 2016 when he was going to fight Charles Martin. He knows I’m a good fighter, and I have good will and a lot of hunger. So, I’m sure he’s not looking past me," Wallin said to Boxing King Media via Boxing News 24. "He knows this is going to be a tough fight from the sparring and being around each other. I think he knows that."

The Sporting News will provide all you need to know about the fight, from time, channel, and card.
